Certificate of Completion – Virtual Math Summit

Enter your name and email and check the sessions below that you attended.  This will give you ONE certificate with the total number of hours you attended. On the page following your submission will be a PDF for you to download.  We will not email you a certificate, you must download the PDF document that will be linked on the form submission thank you page.

A reminder that getting the certificate doesn’t guarantee that you will receive PD hours.  Each state/district is different on what they accept for PD hours.  So, please check with your district to see if these hours can count.
