If you you need to make a change to this order DO NOT fill this order form out a second time as you will create DUPLICATE orders/invoice. EMAIL orders@buildmathminds.com if you need to make changes to your submission.
When your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking link. If you have not received a tracking link your order has not been shipped yet.
Shipping costs will be approximately 15% of your order total. We will calculate the amount and include shipping on your invoice.
